GALAN LOGISTICS CENTRE

As part of the investment, a single-storey building was designed and built, consisting of a warehouse and loading hall, a truck workshop, as well as social and sanitary facilities and an office area. Before starting construction works, comprehensive project documentation was prepared along with as-built documentation. The warehouse and loading hall was built from a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure together with a system of unloading and loading docks. The office and social building includes a dining room, locker rooms and sanitary facilities for service staff. As part of the project, a car workshop including specialist technology and service installations as well as a diagnostic under-car pit for the service of trucks were created. The accompanying infrastructure also included storage yards, parking lots, access roads and pavements, as well as the necessary connections with the water retention reservoir and the nearby green areas. The facility was equipped with modern electrical, teletechnical, sanitary and mechanical installations. The facade has an illuminated display system with the investor's logo.
