BLACK PEARL IN SZCZECIN

As part of the investment in the centre of Szczecin, an exclusive nine-storey apartment building with a two-story underground garage with a total area of 11,547 m2 was built. The building has 68 modern apartments with underfloor heating for a total living area of 3,398 m2. In-floor cooling was installed in 44 of the premises. The terraces for the apartments have a surface made of a composite board. On the ground and first floor of the building, a commercial and service space was built, comprising 16 premises with a total usable area of 1,912 m2. The underground garage was made around the existing residential building in the form of reinforced concrete diaphragm walls that also protected the walls of the excavation, The facade of aboveground external walls of the building were made using ventilated three-layer walls, mainly glass, with aluminium window and facade panelling from Aluprof. The structure was equipped with sanitary facilities and electrical installations. The building has three passenger lifts by Schindler available directly from the ground level, as well as a goods elevator from storey -1 to storey +1.
