The contract involved the design (by OS-Architekci architectural design studio) and construction of a two-story Prime Construction company headquarters, of a combined usable area of 1,120 square meters housing offices, conference rooms, common areas, a canteen, storage areas, two terraces, an elevator, a parking lot with an electric car charging station and a bike storage room (fitted with a water connection and sewage system) with a convenient passage to the office areas. The glass and aluminum façades on the south side of the site were fitted with electric blinds, and an energy-efficient perforated sheet metal double skin façade system on the remaining faces. The building’s roof was also fitted with a modern photovoltaic installation powering the heating and cooling heat pump installations, allowing to limit the building’s carbon dioxide emissions. The distribution of cool and fresh air to the office spaces is carried out by Kampmann fan-coils installed in raised floors. The building was also fitted with a ZUMTOBEL intelligent illumination system, and the DALI system, allowing for economic energy consumption management. The ventilation system in the conference rooms was fitted with CO2 sensors, enabling regulation of the inflow of fresh air based on the number of people in the room at a given time. The building was also fitted with BMS (Building Management System) monitoring solutions manufactured by WAGO, CCTV, SWIN and SAP. The building boasts a BREEAM certificate, indicating conformity to the highest worldwide standards of sustainable design and ecological construction
