CONSTRUCTION OF “ORNAMENT” HOUSING COMPLEX

Five 9-floor buildings housing 394 apartments of combined 24,371 square meter usable floor area and commercial premises located on the ground floor were the subject of this investment. Two floors are occupied by garages (both above- and underground) in each of the buildings. The contract also comprised development of sidewalks, roads and parking lots together with utilities and auxiliary facilities and playgrounds for the residents. The surrounding green areas were developed as well.
