A number of buildings were built as part of the investment: a production hall equipped with industrial freezer, cold store with cryogenic freezing chamber and a two-story, fully finished office building. Two types of technological boiler rooms were also built: a thermal oil boiler room and a steam boiler room. Internal installations fitted include: cooling, freezing, ventilation, water and sewage, sanitary, electric, compressed air and thermal oil and steam installations. Specialist flooring designed for meat processing in the Vespucrete system was laid in the entire plant. CFS-GEA company's meat processing technological systems were also installed. In addition, the area around the site was developed with roads, road access and squares.
