CITY NURSERY IN GRYFINO

As part of the investment, a city nursery building with a capacity of 4,052 m3 was designed and built. Before the construction, demolition of the existing kindergarten building, paved passageways, small architecture, lighting and other existing elements on the site of the new development was carried out. The nursery building was equipped with the following: electrical, civil engineering, sanitary, water and sewage, ventilation and heating services. As part of the electrical installation, the following were fitted: external and internal lighting of the facility (LED), 230V and 400V outlets, lightning protection, sewage system, multimedia installations, a structured network cabling system (LAN), fire protection installation - evacuation lighting, smoke and temperature detectors, as well as an alarm system integrated with the security office system. Installation of the sanitation works included: water supply connection, connection to the public sewage system via a fat separator, rainwater drainage, replacement of existing rainwater system, hot and cold water installation, fire hydrant installation, sanitary sewage system, central heating installation (including underfloor heating), technological thermal centre and mechanical ventilation installation. The outfitting works of the building were carried out and the area around the investment was managed - internal roads, footpaths, parking lot for passenger cars (including places for the disabled) were built and places for selective waste collection were prepared. The fence was also replaced. The investment was completed in a very short time. All works - from signing the contract, through designing the nursery and obtaining a building permit to building and finishing the structure and obtaining a permit for use - were carried out between May and December 2016.
