PUCCINI IN SKARBIMIERZYCE

The investment included the construction of a warehouse and a three-storey office building with a showroom for the presentation of leather products by Puccini. As part of the contract, finishing works and installations such as: external lighting, lightning protection installation, 230V and 400V outlet installation, electrical installation of indoor lighting, fire protection installa- tion (evacuation lighting and smoke removal), fire alarm system installation (SAP), multimedia installations and a structured network cabling system (LAN). The facility is equipped with access control and anti-burglary system and CCTV monitoring. A containerised transformer with power supply and equipment was also installed. External sanitary infrastructure included water supply connections, external utilities of the sewage system with sewage pumping stations and external rainwater drainage system with a filtration and evaporation tank. The internal sanitary infrastructure included a sanitary sewage system, siphonic drainage system with heated inlets from Geberit Pluvia and a hot-water installation with Instalcompact pressure booster system. A De Dietrich gas boiler with a capacity of 65 kW, mechanical ventilation installation with a central unit equipped with a heat pump, air conditioning installation based on air conditioners and a sprinkler system in accordance with the NFPA standard together with a fire tank with a capacity of 760 m3 and a pumping station building were made. The installation of internal hydrants and an IGNIS inert gas extinguishing system in the server room were also made. The building was awarded by the Association of Polish Architects in the competition "SARP award of the year for the best architectural building completed in Poland until the end of 2017" in the "office or administration building" category.
