As part of the investment, the plants was comprehensively extended by constructing a new production hall, high-bay warehouse, canteen, workshop and other accompanying buildings whose total surface area exceeds 5,000m2 and a cubature of 38,500m3. The works were carried out while the plants was operational, which required careful coordination so as not to distrub the production processes and overall functioning of the plant. Cladded docking-reloading system with ramps were built. The accompanying infrastructure was comprehen-sively extended and the entrance to the main office building was rebuilt. The area was developed with street furniture, internal road, maneuvering area and parking places. The project was realized according to the contract stipulations of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
