Prime Construction will design and build a new SPC Hybrid factory for Barlinek

On 29th April 2022 Prime Construction has signed 'design&build' contract for the construction of a completely new 'SPC Hybrid' factory for Barlinek Inwestycje S.A. in Barlinek.

In new facility of approx. 35.000m2 will take place production and distribution of BARLINEK HYBRID FLOORS - the most innovative timber flooring system which is extremely durable, water resistant and ideal for underfloor heating and cooling systems.

HYBRID FLOORING is another step in Barlinek’s growth that combines modern design, excellent product performance and environmental concerns what fully complies with Prime Construction's eco-friendly and zero emision investments philosophy.

We are proud and happy to be a part of that state of art project for one of the biggest floor manufacturer in Europe whose history and origins date back to 1947 last century.


Time for completion of works is planned for 17 months.
